Ordering Questions

How do I purchase cards from St. Thomas Greetings?

Online shopping is easy on our website – all cards are priced at $3.95, and shipping is free to all U.S. addresses! We offer specials and discounts frequently and release new products on a regular basis. Subscribe here (link) to sign up for our mailing list. We’ll send occasional emails to help you select cards you’ll love to send, but we hate spam and never share our list. And, it’s easy to unsubscribe any time you like with a single click.

Browse our online card store by viewing collections or use the drop down list to search for cards in any category, such as Birthday, Anniversary or Thank You. Place your selections in the shopping cart and use our secure checkout system to pay for your order.

Could you provide specifics on the cards?

Each card ships with an ivory envelope. St. Thomas Greetings cards are approximately 5” x 7” and printed on quality cardstock. Each card is printed in full color, on the front and also inside.

Do you sell holiday cards?

St. Thomas Greetings currently only offers “everyday” cards, for occasions such as Birthday, Thank You, Anniversary, etc. We do not offer holiday cards at this time, but plan to expand into those collections in the future. 

Where are your cards manufactured?

We’re proud of the fact that all of our products are printed in the USA. 

Do you offer greeting cards in Spanish?

Sorry, at this time we do not offer any greeting cards in Spanish.

Is there a minimum order?

None at all. Place your order for one card, or as many as you like. .

Shipping & Returns Questions

How much does shipping cost for my order?

There is no charge for shipping to any location in the U.S. 

Do you have a return policy?

It’s very important to us that our customers are happy with our product. In the rare event that your cards arrive damaged, get in touch with us and we will ship a replacement order. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It is our goal to get your order in the mail within 48 hours. Shipment is made from Massachusetts and times will vary depending on your location. All orders are shipping regular mail.

How are orders shipped?

We use the U.S. postal service for most orders. Where situation demands, we can use UPS of FedEx ground service.

Is my purchase guaranteed?

Yes, we guarantee satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply send your order back to us by return mail, and we will refund your purchase price. Customers are responsible for return postage. Returns may be sent to:

What about damaged merchandise?
